At Worldly Treasures, we are excited to bring a new country to your doorstep every month. We carefully curate and ship our boxes to ensure you receive a unique cultural experience with every delivery.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of your subscription box, including processing times, shipping methods, costs, and international shipping details.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Subscription Box Shipping: Boxes are shipped between the 5th and 10th of each month. Orders placed after the 1st of the month will receive the following month’s box.

  • Processing Time: Once your subscription is confirmed, your first box will ship during the next scheduled shipment window.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your box is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We currently use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • USA: 3–7 business days

    • Canada: 7–14 business days

    • International: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders).

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at [your email/contact form link] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement of items where applicable.
